“Cook like you don’t have to clean”
I am extremely lucky to live where I live, the produce and the people that grow and live in my little part of the world should be acknowledged and celebrated so that is what I plan to do. Over the past three years in particular I have been lucky enough to be exposed to some of the best food that Australia has to offer. The one thing that I have discovered and been told over and over by the chefs, writers, critics, cooks and foodies I have met everywhere I go is simple: ‘start with the best produce you can find, and don’t stuff it up’. So if it’s about finding the best produce available, I really couldn’t live in a better place.
