Ingredients

½  an avocado
125g pineapple pieces
1 frozen banana
4 pitted dates
¼ cup almonds
4 walnuts
1 ½ cup coconut water
1 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of Tasman sea salt
1 tbsp chia seeds

 

Method

Step 1 Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
