Beef Burgers

Ingredients
 

For the patties;
250g Beef mince
250g Pork mince
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon Mustard
1 tbsp onion jam
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp Fennel seeds
¼ cup Bread crumbs

For the burgers;
3 brioche buns
Ashgrove bush pepper cheese
Dill pickles
Rocket leaves
Onion jam

 

Method

Step 1 add pork mince, beef mince and salt to a bowl. Bring together with fingertips. Add remaining ingredients and knead together. Roll into bun size burgers.

Step 2 Place burgers into a pan over medium heat, saute for 3-5 minutes on each side.

To serve, layer burger by placing the patty down first and top with cheese, onion jam, rocket leaves, dill pickles and top with brioche buns.
